Monday, February 19, 2024
Physical rehabilitation is a core service at the Parker Jewish Institute. At Parker, our highly skilled physical and occupational therapists, along with our state-of-the-art equipment, helps our patients/residents reach their goals, and regain their strength, plus independence.
Physical and occupational therapy are two different forms of muscular treatments. Physical therapy works on gross motor skills, such as balance, standing, and walking, while occupational therapy concentrates on fine motor skills linked to daily living activities such as dressing, cleaning, and writing.
It is a great honor for us to continually witness hundreds of men and women regain their confidence, muscular vitality, and self-sustainability through our life-changing physical rehabilitation services.
