Parker’s nursing facility emphasizes the importance of a warm, caring environment and quality of life, for all of our patients and residents. Experienced long term care professionals develop individualized care plans for each resident, and highly trained interdisciplinary teams regularly review progress and resident satisfaction.

Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation provides nursing care and rehabilitative services to individuals recovering from an illness, injury, or surgery. Patients are typically referred to a skilled nursing facility by their physician when they no longer need to be hospitalized, but aren’t yet ready to return to independent living. Through individualized programs that include physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy, patients are empowered to rehabilitate back to their personal best.

At Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, we offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, pulmonary rehabilitation, palliative care and post-acute rehabilitation to bridge the gap between hospital and home. Parker employs highly-trained medical doctors, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and registered dietitians, to ensure world-class health care to our patients and residents.
