Parker Celebrates Ram Navami

Ram Navami is a Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of Rama, the seventh avatar of deity, Vishnu.

Parker Jewish Institute’s Indian Cultural Unit, hosted a Ram Navami celebration on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Patients/residents/families enjoyed the musical talents of Jyoti Gupta and Sandeep Sehgal of the Vaishno Sewa Samiti. Parker’s world-class Food Service Department provided samosas, beetroot cutlets, gulab jamun, and carrot halwa.
