The Family Call Center was established to provide our patients, residents and their families, with a centralized team of customer support representatives, who can facilitate non-emergency communications and requests. Patients, residents and their families can call the Family Call Center, at 718-289-2888, from Monday through Sunday between the hours of 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with any questions or concerns. If you call after office hours, you may leave a voicemail with your concern, and a representative will follow up the next day. Any calls requiring immediate response, please press 0, and the call will transferred to Parker Security Desk.  All calls will be responded in a timely manner. Unless it’s an urgent matter, please allow up to 24-36 hours for a team member to answer your concern.
